CHOIR CONTRACT 2009-2010

Rules & Regulations:

1. Grades must be maintained at 75% or higher.

2. No white slip, homework slips or pinks are allowed. Teacher/Parent/Student  conference needed when grades fall below 75% or slips occur.

3. Must be responsible with homeroom teacher's assignments, homework and tests.

4. Attend 2nd Sunday Mass of each month at 8:30am.

5. Be on time to ALL events (15-30minutes early).

6. Attend ALL special events, fundraisers and masses.

7. Be a GOOD example to other choir members and sing your BEST ALWAYS!

8. Attend ALL practices on Thursdays 1:35pm-3:00pm.

(with Homeroom Teacher's Approval)

9. 3,2,1 Rule is: Cannot miss more that 3 practices, 2 masses, 1 event.

10. Maintain good attendance/participation/point record to go to Disneyland-Choir Reward.
